The EQ 360 further enhances the utilization of the EQ-i2.0. While the EQ-i2.0 analyzes the emotional quotient of the individual from a self assessed point of view, the EQ-360 is an all encompassing view of how an individual’s emotional intelligent is perceived from nominated raters. The EQ-360 provides an opportunity for people who work with the individual to rate him or her thus providing a clearer picture of strengths and room for improvement.
Alignment with EQ-i2.0
EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360 are meant to work together. Once both assessments are done, results from both the individual and peers are easily viewed on the new and improved graph rating system.
Automation of the System
For ease of use, the EQ 360 system is fully automated. Raters are automatically emailed a unique URL specific the relevant person they are rating; making it convenient for raters and efficient for administrators.
EQ 360 Report
The 360 report is consolidated with the EQ-i2.0 report so the individual being evaluated can clearly see their strengths as well as areas they need to improve upon. This saves the participant time and energy in sifting through multiple reports.
The EQ 360 report is displayed all on one page. It points out where there is a high level of agreement between the participant and the rater in the evaluation, as well as disconnects. The gap analysis also highlights potential blind spots.
Below is an example of how the report displayed the ratee’s responses as well as the nominated raters.
