ImClone systems is an international pharmaceutical cancer-fighting drug subsidiary of Lilly. Immediately when the senior director was connected with Dr. Robert Sicora, it was noted there was a need for Sicora Consulting to help implement a balanced approach to leadership development within the organization. Sicora Consulting helped integrate best practices of human resources, organizational development and the overall application.

 

The Solution
