The 'Power of Personality'

Facet5 is one of the most modern and advanced measures of personality available today. Used by organizations and consultancies worldwide, Facet5 harnesses the power of personality, supporting individuals, teams and businesses to realize their full potential. Facet5 provides a simple model and a common language to explain how people differ in their behavior, motivation and attitudes, and more importantly, what can be achieved.

Facet5 Profile

Facet5 is a personality questionnaire specifically designed by Psychologists for use by management in organisations. It produces a comprehensive multi part report on how an individual behaves at work: actual behaviour, how to best manage, what the work strengths are likely to be, and where individual work preferences might lie.

Application:

Applied across the entire employee lifecycle, including the selection and integration of new hires, development of leaders at all levels, promotion of collaboration and teamwork, identifying and developing talent, and at times of separation or exit from an organization.

Audience:

Suitable for all adults. Can be used in occupational or personal settings.

Format:

Average 15-20 minutes to complete; 106 questions arranged in semantic differentials; value neutral wording; Real-time online delivery and reporting capability.

Training:

2 day Practitioner accreditation required.

Facet5 TeamScape

Teamscape is a process that uses Facet5 behavioural profiles combined together for team development purposes. The combination of individual data sets and a team collaboration methodology means Teamscape demonstrates team dynamics powerfully and succinctly. It clearly shows the culture of the team, how relationships are likely to work, and how the work will be managed and delivered.

TeamScape also provides the unique ability to gather 360 feedback to greatly add to the effectiveness of any team's development. This external view, over and above that inferred by Facet5, provides participants with evidence of how their behaviours present in a work context.

Application:

Team development, team member integration, formation of coalitions across teams, relationship development.

Audience:

Suitable for all team members regardless of role, or those wishing to understand and build relationships more comprehensively.

Format:

Generated from the combination of Facet5 profiles. Online reporting, comprehensive facilitator guides and presentations available.

Training:

Included in practitioner accreditation. Specialised facilitator training available and extensive support materials available to accredited practitioners. No training required for general reading by participant or people leader.
